Sacred Plant Medicine as a Path of Inner Healing

A grounded and responsible approach to working with sacred plant medicine

within a safe, guided, and conscious retreat setting in Costa Rica.

This one-week spiritual retreat in Costa Rica offers an immersive and intentional space to step out of daily life and into a shared journey of presence, connection, and inner exploration.

Over the course of the week, we live, practice, and move through the process together as a small, conscious group — supported by nature, community, and a carefully guided ceremonial framework.
The work with sacred plant medicine is woven into the retreat as one element of a larger holistic process that includes integration, reflection, rest, and embodied practices.

Rather than focusing on peak experiences, this path emphasizes grounding, safety, and continuity.
The extended time together allows insights to unfold gradually, emotional patterns to soften, and deeper layers of awareness to emerge in a natural and supported way.

Held within a responsible, respectful, and well-prepared setting, this retreat invites participants into a deeper relationship with themselves, with others, and with the wisdom of nature — allowing transformation to arise through presence rather than force. This retreat is designed for those who feel called to slow down, commit to a shared journey, and allow meaningful change to unfold over time within a supportive group setting.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a grounded and conscious space where deep transformation can unfold naturally through presence, connection, and time.

We offer intimate one-week spiritual retreats in Costa Rica, intentionally limited to a maximum of four participants, allowing for deep personal guidance, safety, and genuine connection within the group.
This small and focused setting creates the conditions for trust, openness, and meaningful inner work to emerge without pressure or overwhelm.

Our retreats invite participants to step out of their habitual environments and into a shared journey of awareness, healing, and inner alignment.
Within this close-knit group, there is space to slow down, be truly seen, and reconnect with oneself in an authentic and supported way.

Our work is rooted in respect for ancient wisdom traditions, the intelligence of nature, and the importance of integration.
Sacred plant medicine is approached as one element within a holistic process that includes preparation, embodied practices, reflection, and conscious integration into everyday life.

We believe that true healing does not come from fixing or forcing change, but from creating the right conditions for clarity, self-responsibility, and inner truth to arise.
Our mission is to hold these conditions with care, integrity, and humility — honoring the uniqueness of each participant’s path.

You cannot create inner peace and bliss.
They are your true nature.
They remain when you let go of everything that causes suffering.

Buddha Quotes for Peace and Happiness

Self-Love Is a Path

To become who we wish to be, we must first understand how and why we have become who we are, and what keeps us attached to remaining this way.
Self-inquiry leads to self-liberation and, ultimately, to transformation. It is this inner transformation of the self that has the power to transform your life.
When you become aware of your unconscious habits, you also begin to understand what is needed to consciously recreate yourself.

Ask yourself the following:
Who am I?
Who am I not?
In which direction do I wish to grow?

  • Preparing for the Retreat

A strong foundation is essential for a meaningful and beautiful experience with sacred plant medicine, as it forms the basis upon which insights can unfold.
Because we aim to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony, conscious and responsible self-care is a vital part of supporting your individual experience on all of these levels.

For this reason, we kindly ask you to pay special attention to the following points:

    1. Physical and Mental Well-Being

If you are already experiencing significant physical or mental limitations, we recommend consulting with your doctor in advance.

It is also possible that certain processes begin on a physical or mental level even before the ceremony. This may show up as a sudden cold, headaches, back pain, or similar symptoms. Such experiences can occur as your system begins to energetically attune to the process and your body’s biochemistry opens to change.

Please take good care of yourself during this time. If symptoms become intense or concerning, we strongly encourage you to seek medical advice.

    2. Dietary Preparation

Certain foods do not interact well with MAO inhibitors, as they can lead to an accumulation of tyramine in the body.
For this reason, we recommend following a specific dietary preparation for 10 days prior to the retreat.

A detailed list of foods to avoid will be provided upon registration.

    3. Medications and Allergies

Please inform us in advance about any medications you are currently taking or any known allergies.

Medications such as antidepressants, beta blockers, and antihypertensive drugs are not compatible with sacred plant medicine.
The same applies to all legal and illegal substances, which must be fully discontinued prior to participation.

Your safety and well-being are our highest priority.

    4. Integration and Inner Preparation

We encourage you to take time to slow down before the retreat by resting, meditating, taking long walks, and setting a clear intention for your journey.
As much as possible, avoid stress, conflict, and emotional overload.

The same care applies after the retreat. Please allow yourself a few days of spaciousness to gently integrate your experiences, reflect, and return to everyday life with presence and awareness.
